Football contacts
Football contacts database for agents, clubs and scouts
TransferDesk is a private, actively maintained database of football industry contacts: the sporting directors, head coaches, chief scouts, recruitment leads, club presidents and agents who actually decide whether a deal happens.
Every record is tied to a real club, competition and country, and — where available — carries the direct channel the person actually answers on, usually WhatsApp rather than a general club inbox.
Membership starts at €49 per month and unlocks direct contact details across the whole network.
What a contact record contains
The point of a contacts database is not volume, it is being able to act on a record the same day you find it. Each record is structured so you know who you are writing to, why they matter at that club, and how to reach them.
- Person and job title
- The exact title the club uses, so you can tell a chief scout from a head of recruitment.
- Club, league and country
- Club context and competition, so a pitch can be aimed at the right level.
- Direct channel
- The direct WhatsApp channel on record where available, revealed to members only.
- Review state
- When a record was last reviewed, plus a one-click request to re-verify it.
Why generic club emails do not work
Almost every club publishes a recruitment or info address. Those inboxes exist to absorb volume: hundreds of unsolicited player pitches a week, triaged by someone with no authority to sign anyone. A pitch sent there is not rejected, it is simply never read by a decision maker.
A named contact changes the economics of outreach completely. Instead of sending two hundred emails and hoping, you send fifteen messages to people whose job is to evaluate exactly what you are offering — and you get answers, including fast rejections that save you weeks.
Who uses the database
- Agents and intermediaries
- Placing players, finding loan destinations and identifying who holds a mandate.
- Club recruitment staff
- Reaching counterparties and peer clubs directly during a window.
- Scouting services and analysts
- Getting reports in front of the person who commissions them.
- Academies and smaller clubs
- Building relationships with clubs one or two levels above them.

Common questions
How many contacts are in the database?
Over 12,000 professional records across 150+ countries, weighted towards club decision makers rather than general staff. Exact per-club counts are only visible to members.
How is the data maintained?
Records go through an approval queue before publication and the database is actively maintained through periodic data-quality reviews and member feedback. Members can flag any record that looks out of date, which sends it back into review.
Can I see contact details without paying?
Contact details are members-only. Any paid plan — from Starter at €49/month to Pro Annual at €849/year — lets you reveal contacts.
Are contact details visible to search engines?
No. Public pages only show coverage: which clubs, leagues and roles exist on file. Names and WhatsApp numbers sit behind authentication.
How does TransferDesk handle data protection?
TransferDesk operates under EU data-protection law. The database holds professional contact information processed on the basis of legitimate interests for professional communication in football, it is never published openly, and professionals can review, correct or object at any time.
