Terms of Service

1. Membership

Access is granted on an individual basis. Sharing login credentials, scraping data, or reselling contact information is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2. Acceptable use

Members agree to use the platform for lawful football industry activities only. Harassment, spam, misuse of contact details, or any automated scraping of the database will result in immediate suspension or termination.

3. Billing

Flexible monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the paid billing period. For both annual-term options: I understand this is a 12-month commitment. My subscription cannot be cancelled before the end of the term and billing continues for the full 12 months. Annual-term subscriptions renew automatically on the same terms after the initial commitment unless cancelled. A cancellation requested during the commitment takes effect at its end. All payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Use of professional contact information

Contact information revealed through TransferDesk may be used only for legitimate, individual, professional football communication with that specific person — recruitment, scouting, representation and transfer-market business. It may not be used for bulk or automated messaging, marketing campaigns, newsletters or unrelated commercial offers, and it may not be copied into another database, CRM, list or product, shared outside your own account, published or resold.

Members act as independent controllers for their own outreach and are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection and electronic-communications law. If a professional asks you to stop contacting them, you must stop immediately and must not contact them again through information obtained here. Reveals are logged, limits are enforced, and misuse leads to suspension or termination.

5. Data-protection requests

Football professionals can access, correct, remove or restrict their information, or object to its processing, at any time through our Privacy Center. Where we act on such a request, the record concerned is removed from or restricted across the platform, including for members who previously revealed it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
